Dr. Greif is a clinical psychologist who provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples. He draws from a range of approaches including psychodynamic, existential, cognitive, and mindfulness-based modalities. Dr. Greif tailors his approach to meet the particular goals and personality of each client and believes that growth happens through a collaborative process. He strives to foster a relationship with clients that builds cooperation, openness, and hope. He brings to this process his curiosity, empathy, and commitment to understanding the concerns of clients as they perceive them. Dr. Greif works with individuals who are struggling with interpersonal conflicts, difficult transitions, or who simply feel “stuck.” Mood problems, anxiety, and trauma are particular areas of interest and expertise. Dr. Greif received his Doctoral degree from Antioch University New England and his Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Oberlin College. His training includes a wide range of experiences from college counseling at Brandeis University to work with Veterans at VA Medical Centers in Bedford, MA, and Albany, NY. He completed an APA-accredited Albany Psychology Internship Consortium in 2013, and was a Psychology Fellow and staff therapist for over two years at a community mental health agency in Brockton, MA.
