I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with 3+ years of experience in direct clinical work. I have worked with a variety of populations in a variety of settings, including an outpatient clinic, residential substance use facility, a community drop in center for individuals with chronic illness, and supportive housing. I work with adults, over 18 years old, experiencing depression, anxiety, family and peer relationship difficulties, life transitions, and academic or occupational stress. I engage with individuals in a short-term, acceptance and commitment therapy model, using mindfulness techniques and value-based goal setting, to work towards overcoming acute stressors and achieving realistic, healthy goals.
